Nurse Practitioner has not completed a referral to Physiotherapy on your behalf.

2. You can be referred by a doctor, consultant or other healthcare professional (e.g. nurse practitioner, podiatrist, occupational therapist or physiotherapist)
Once a referral has been received from the doctor, consultant or healthcare professional, a senior member of the team will then decide if the referral is urgent or routine based on the information provided.
