We are a small group of trained and experienced Counsellors supporting clients in the South Pembrokeshire area. The counselling we provide can help with issues such as:

   Relationship difficulties

   Bereavement and loss

   Mild to moderate depression

   Anxiety and panic attacks

Our Counsellors will offer you an opportunity to explore your life issues in a non-judgemental and supportive setting. We aim to give you time and space to look at your problems in different ways and to sometimes make decisions about what you want to do to change your life for the better.

Counselling can help you feel heard and validated, like a release of pressure. At times it can also be difficult, because you are looking at painful issues in your life. However, what it provides most of all is a unique opportunity to have someone focus on you and what you need.

After an initial assessment, we will ask you to make a time commitment to take part in up to 6 sessions of 30 - 50 minutes each, usually weekly; these may be in person, by phone or video link. You will be able to discuss with your Counsellor when and how your individual sessions might take place.

We work closely with the Hywel Dda Health Board, local Primary Mental Health services and GP surgeries. We would like to hear about your experience with our service and will ask you to complete a questionnaire at the end of your sessions.
