       At Argyle Surgery

By hand or post – Please tick the items you require on the right-hand tear-off re-order slip and either bring or post it to the surgery.

During opening hours, you may drop your prescription slip into the box in the foyer on the left-hand inside the main door.

When the surgery is closed there is a box on the railings to the left-hand side of the entrance gate.

(If you do not have a repeat slip, you can either request one at Reception or write your name, date of birth, address and list of repeat medication required)

Please note: prescription requests are no longer accepted at St Oswald's Surgery.

           Nominated Pharmacy

Your regular local community pharmacy may request repeat prescriptions on your behalf. Please ask your regular pharmacy for more information regarding this.

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions should be ordered seven days prior to running out of medication.  This will allow the surgery and pharmacies time to process the prescription.

Please note:  Do not order repeat prescriptions more than two weeks in advance as these will not be processed.  This follows GMC good practice guidance.  If there are extenuating circumstances e.g. holiday, please indicate this on the repeat prescription request.

          Prescription query line

If you have a query regarding your prescription, please contact the team by ringing the Main Surgery number and selecting option 4.

Please note we do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions via this line. You must request your prescription using one of the methods above.
