NHS Wales has exisiting ways of making sure that you get your medicines and medical products, even under difficult circumstances, such as during the current Coronavirus situation. The advice to patients is to continue ordering your repeat prescriptions and taking your medicines as normal. It is important you do not ask for more medicines than you normally need as doing so risks pressure on availability of medicines.
For up to date guidance on COPD/Asthma rescue packs please click here.
If you have not already nominated a CHEMIST to collect your prescription up from, please do so when you order. You can do this via MHOL or by writing this on your repeat slip. The prescription team will then be sent directly to them for you to collect.
If you are interested in using this facility please ask at reception, show us a proof of ID, and you will be given log in details to allow you to access the My Health On Line portal.
Once you are registered you can use this service to request your repeat medication. You can access the My Health On Line website by clicking on the link below.
